Hi. This is a common problem if the driver does not support Open GL v2.0 minimum. So please check this. I will try to tune the shaders in the fucure to run on lover GL versions but for nowm the minimum requirements are those:

I do not now if Inter HD 3000 supports Open GL 2.0 on your OS but you can check that very easily.
