Now, I don't know how difficult this would be or if it's even possible, but have you thought of ever adding a first person mode to the game? I think it would make it so much more fun to be seeing everything from a first person mode. This might need a ship interior design, and it could be difficult to redesign the ships, but it could end up being worth it.
